Damian Grow is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, project risk adviser, trainer and business improvement specialist with around 30 years of experience across mining, defence, shipbuilding, engineering, manufacturing, logistics and local government. He brings the ability to work with frontline teams, technical specialists and senior leaders to diagnose problems, facilitate practical solutions and build the capability required to sustain improvement.
Damian grew up across Western Australia’s Kimberley and Pilbara regions and developed an early interest in understanding how things work. His career moved from technical and maintenance roles into training, operational improvement, asset optimisation and project risk.
